Lovely inside. Welcoming staff, reasonably quick. Food was fresh and super tasty. I had the lamb shawarma but insta of pita, I had with Quinoa. The lamb was amazingly tender. Was just left wanting more. Portions lean more on the demure side, so if you're going in hungry, order a side of pita or chips.

Tasty food. Almost all the flavors of the Mediterranean in one go. The real deal. Excellent quality. Most happy with service. Ambiance is relaxing and location is next to Garden Route mall and other shops

Interesting mediterranean-style fusion menu with unique, and tasty dishes. Friendly and professional service from well trained staff. Excellent food! We visit often and enjoy it every time.

When I ordered coffee the other day I had a flavoured one Almond their was no taste of almond and had a normal cappuccino please when a customer orders a flavored coffee put more of the flavour in cause we are paying alot for it thank you

Failed expectations
We saw all the great reviews about this place and knew we had to pop in and say hello.

First of all, the coffee did not look nearly as great as the pictures. When we asked why we didn't get amazingly designed coffees, the waitress said that they can't do it.
Our main reason for visiting Lauren's was because of the good looking coffee. Anyway, moving along.
The service was very poor, we had to keep asking a different waiter where our waitress is, and she sure did take long with almost everything.

The one thing we really did like was the food. Everything we ordered was delicious and we have no problems with the food.

Our expectations just weren't met.

Spend a lovely morning at Laurens hiding from the rain and cold inside this cosy upbeat restaurant. I loved the decor with its personal touches. The signature meerkats makes ons smile and I bought a personalized greeting card to take home with me. Excellent Lavazza coffee and milo with marshmallows warmed our bodies and minds. The staff and owner were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed a beef shawarma which made me long for Greece and gulped it down wit a glass of Rosé wine from one of the local wineries. All and all a pleasant morning spent with friends in a friendly and well run establishment. Really worth a visit.
