The owner is very friendly and always greets you with a smile and is very accommodating allowing you to order coffee even if its within minutes of their closing time. The waitresses are awesome and pay close attention to the customers and after you've been there a couple of times they ask "would you like your regular order?" which is outstanding service, and very rare these days. Its really nice as a patient to get away from the ward and spend your visiting hours with your family in the coffee shop because it makes your hospital stay so much more pleasant, and seem to go so much more quicker. I haven't tried much of the food, but the chips are really good.

Found the staff friendly and the toasties were delish! Love that they cater for smokers, however they should allow smokers to be able to eat at the tables they can smoke at and the Manager (I assume he was either manager or owner) should address his staff behind closed doors as whilst I waited for my take aways he was giving them alot of grief and even told a table of "older" ladies that the pies don't normally come with salad, but he did them a "favour". Personally he had a very rude arrogance about him with a grin on his face. So besides no food by the smoking tables... The negative and star loss was that gentleman (whoever he may be)

Good coffee friendly staff and owner helpful and also doing waiter work. To have a nice place to relax in a hospital is priceless. Keep it up!

Best coffee shop on the planet.. Delicious food and something for everyone.. Thank you for always being there with our comfort food and happy atmosphere

Although in a hospital, this is no place to expect hospital food... Food is great, staff is awesome and the coffee is the bomb. Love going even when not visiting the hospital
