The best place to get a good work out. The most friendly staff you could meet. All the staff are dedicated to finding what works for you and are so accomadating. I am a member myself and have loved this gym since the very first session. I recommend it to anyone who even thinks that they just want to get fit. They have concept cardio that allows people who don't want to be part of the full crossfit scene but still want to get fit the opportunity to do so without lots of weights

My first and last time going there. Lady with blond curly hair was rude and spoken loudly bad about Afrikaans speaking people this is very offensive.

Great facility with passionate coaches who care about your fitness and safety. All you need to do is show up and listen to the coaches.
