i am new to the gym and not happy with the facilities some of the equipment is not up to standard and the air-conditioning is not fully functional. When i asked the staff member for how long has the aircon not been working he said it only recent but if you go and have a look at the reviews of other people its up to seven months and they keep on saying they are waiting for head office. Rather pay a bit more at another club and then you know you have equipment that is up to date and the facilities are all in working order

A well located and equipped gym, fair operating hours and not too busy. Unfortunately management is non-responsive to queries and complaints, one area that requires improvement. Other than that, the gym is great, very clean and inviting.

No swimming pool or steaming room. However it's a gym with no frills no fuss....basic equipment for your essentially fundamental weights or cardiovascular working out.....I am personally content..... Keep focus on training....get better.

I like it. Keeps me in shape. Busy after work so try to get early then you can have unlimited access to all the equipment. Free unlimited WiFi and 10% discount on all Puma branded sports goods from a Puma store is also part of the contract.

Staff at this gym are more concerned about being on their phones and flirting with the girls. I reported a machine that is broken that people are still using and can get hurt. The front lady just continued playing on her phone and the other 2 guys on the floor was flirting with the girls exercising. When I walked out at 11h30 to ask why they haven't put a sign on the machine the excuse was the other staff are on lunch and its not even after 12.. The gym has potential if they replace their staff with people that enjoys their job and not just be there for a paid social life...

The gym is well equipped with all the latest exercise equipment. Dumbbell are also available from 2.5kg to 65kg. Barbell weights range from 10kg to 65kg. EZ bars also available.
Good sized floor space with enough treadmills and exercise bikes.
Massive enclosed studio where aerobics and fitness classes can be attended,with an instructor, for free.
There is a separate spinning studio also.
Fully equipped CrossFit course.
Circuit is also well equipped. Personal trainers can also be booked at an additional charge. Sanitizing stations throughout the gym with paper towels. Water stations available with ice cold water.
Change rooms and lockers are well kept and clean. Showers can also be taken.Lock up lockers can be used. Body assessment machine can be used free of charge.

Overall a pleasant experience, with friendly and helpfull staff. Free Wi-fi.

Definitely recommended.

By far the worst experience at a gym ever. Worst thing u can do is to stop your contract with this place. After paying the penalty fees that was asked for, your money still gets deducted for nearly a year after cancelation every month... after numerous calls and emails and talking hours over the phone to plenty people with reference numbers (lists of ref numbers already) you still get charged and recieve messages of being handed over to attorneys for not paying.... I will not even refer this gym to my worst enemies. THIS GYM DISGUST ME. really poor management and everytime you ask them to go back and look at their records they have nothing on record... Its a joke.
