Tv doesn’t work, table lamp doesn’t work. Wall socket doesn’t work-can’t charge devices. staff are bored and disinterested. Breakfast was cold and oily

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, check in and out very simple. WiFi was working.

Beautiful place but the wifi almost nevere connects and the showers could use a bit of work.

The shower has mole spiders and spider webs. The was other people's Hai on the bed proving that the sheets were not changed and they had stains. Definitely not going back.

Prepared a couples getaway but really dissatisfied. Breakfast times were inconsistent, therefore we did not eat. Very few channels on the TC, no person manning reception meaning I had to call someone from my phone to assist. Other than that, beautiful setting and the rooms are really nice. But looks can be deceiving.

???? Peaceful. Clean. Professional. I wished we had gone during the warmer seasons to be able to experience the garden and the pool area. But it's a wonderful lodge. And I definitely will be going back. The advert doesn't do justice the gem the lodge actually is. But its absolutely amazing. Thank you Good Night Lodge staff... ????

Honestly there is nothing special about the place, sheets not so clean, Poor costumer service, Their web full of lies, apparently they say check out time it's 11 and it's 10 when you there, on the web they saying they offer breakfast boom in the morning you'll be told that they stop serving at 8 am wheares they never told you when you arrived came to my surprise that you need to pay additional price to get food. R613 just to sleep. Wow poor service indeed. My partner had to call them on our arrival we waited for so long even worse there was no one in the reception room. Place looks nice but then service is poor, they just want money but don't care about the people and services they have to offer.
