Yesterday they sold me burned three street wise pap. It tasted like roased cow intestine (AMANKANYISO) sis. And I ordered driving on drive though ????????. That meat was not even close to kfc standard, I didn't enjoy my meal at all.

Well after they called me and fixed their mistake I now do believe it was a mistake that we all humans do to give me an order of that low standard. KFC Lambton strive to deliver excellent standard quality. The craving I had the first time my father ordered was fed.

The most useless KFC in the area. We stood in the drive through queue for over 30 minutes only to be told their ice cream machine was broken
. The staff were so slow and I would highly not recommend you wasting your time.

My experience was average unfortunately. The expected service, food etc. The only big downer is you get almost trampled by people outside begging for money,... Not food. They make sure you understand they want money. About 5 or 6 different people came up to me and unfortunately i had no money of my own on me. Some became hostile then. Bit scary

Absalutly pathetic
All the focus of the staff was on the drive through, including the manager
Vehicles working on the side of the road that I had passed when I got off the highway, I witnessed driving out of the drive through way way before we got our food
We were fortunate that we ordered on the self help terminal, as if we had not done that, we would joined the crowd who's order had not even been taken CouZ there was no staff behind the counter, as everyone was just making sure that the drive through kept moving
It took me to park my car head on in the drive through to get the attention of the staff and to get our food (@KFC - you are welcome to check your cameras and then to contact me back)
This took at least 30min
Would be great to hear from KFC on this matter

Very slow service one staff lady will stand to assist those buying cash, those buying online and Uber eat guys who come to collect... This is too much for one person to do

Staff friendly and ensure orders are getting out quick. Atmosphere was great. Not over crowded but a steady customer flow.
