Systems was rebooting, told me to get out my car and go inside the shop to order. When i got there it was still busy rebooting. So why was i told to park my car and go inside.....? Was not very amused with this whole situation..... Other cars was left to stand and wait in the drive trough, i was told to move..... Unnecessary......

Manager is very rude, chase people away if you stay more than 30 minutes. You lost a regular customer. I found a different spot, where I can buy and sit down as much as I like.

Manager and the rest of the staff are extremely rude to their customers. Their burger buns were stale. Definitely won’t be going back to this franchise.

Not happy at all , thought I'd go out and treat the family, only to be disappointed. Burgers were dry an tasteless and cold. No sauce no effort. We couldn't even eat them???? the cool drinks had no gas and tasted like they were mixed with water!! definitely wont recommend this store to anyone. I go there at least twice a week and Seems to be getting worse. So disappointing from a franchise store. I'd love to meet or talk directly to the owner.

The service is great at this establishment, the self service is quite helpful and using the app to purchase is rewarding..

I was not impressed by our order taking more than 25 minutes to get to us when the restaurant wasn't even 50% full. The staff is, however, helpful and friendly. I also like how clean it is.

Little to no vegetarian options. Website says they open at 06h30, but they only opened at 07h00 that day. Service is not bad though, nice people.
