Poor service. Doctors cant handle the pressure of seeing so many clients that they dont know what they are doing. I called to find out my blood test results and after numerous calls i finally get through to the doctor. She tells me my insulin results are all fine and under control. Luckily i went back there and requested the results be emailed to me, only to find out the wrong results were told to me, seems like doctors are incompetent and cant even read the correct blood results which was even highlighted because my insulin levels were so high. Ridiculous, we pay for a service but cant get professional service in return. This isnt the first bad experience that i had. I only use this place because its convenient but now i wont waste my hard earned money.

Very unprofessional service experience recieved from the receptionist named Barry. Horrible attitude and very rude.

I love going there xxx it's extremely clean xxx the People working there go out of their way to make waiting as pleasant as possible as when i go there they have my mobile number to call me coz i do my waiting for my appointment in the restaurant where i may smoke and eat and or drink xxx

Pathetic honestly, that whole place and all doctors quick to take your many but do not help with the actual problem!!!!!! My kid was there on Sunday for a very bad cough, headache and vomiting, medicine help for two days now it started all over again, 10 mins before 5 tried to phone to take him back to the doctor, I sorry we are closed ????

Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Doctors are highly qualified and skillful.
Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr Brooke is sooo rude ????. He shouted at my 2 years old for touching a sanitizer bottle on his desk.
