im very disappointed with Mochachos bedfordview last week I ordered chicken strips they were so dry and hard to chew.

today we ordered the rice and chicken strips soooo dry so uneatable

On Saturday, 25 June the service at Mochachos Bedfordview was pathetic. One cashier when the store is bustling. We had ordered burgers, chips and chicken. What a disappointment to say the least. Dry, tasteless, unappealing. The chips were hard… the burgers were just as bad. Maybe you guys should learn a trick or two from Rosebank…. Super super disappointed!

The cashier/waiter was very friendly, she made my night. The restaurant is clean and also has heaters since it's winter. Great service.

Very disrespectful staff from the manager to the cashiers won't recommend this Mochachos.
They don't acknowledge the customers, they have an attitude problem. The fact that I waited more than 30min for my order inside the store just to find out the order has been standing there for about 20min and no one said anything didn't call out the order number nothing. When I went and asked I was given attitude and very dirty look, like really the customer service stinks.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Placed an order on Mr D - Food was delivered at 11:55am - At 12:22 when we sat down for lunch the chicken was green. I phoned the branch and spoke to the manager who said he would need to send a driver out to pick up the order so that they could see the green chicken. This branch is 1.5kms away from my office - a 7 Minute drive. At 1pm a lady from the branch called me and said that the driver was in the basement and asked me on which floor the driver must collect as there are many different businesses at the location. I then told the lady where the driver should go - after 12 minutes (1:12pm) I made the first call as I was now sitting in our reception area, after my lunch hours to give them back the green chicken, they informed me that they would call the driver and call me right back. At 1:20pm I called back after still not receiving a call notifying me of the driver's whereabouts - I was once again told that they would call me right back. At 1:28pm I called back yet again after still not receiving feedback - the manager then informed me he's not able to get ahold of the driver and that I would have to keep the green chicken with me until they are able to come and collect it. After I informed him that this was terrible customer service he put the phone down in my ear. It is now 1:43pm - The driver has still not been here to collect the green chicken nor have I received a call from the manager. Driver picked up chicken at 14:13pm - I then phoned the manager who then informed me that he was not able to arrange refund I had to do it through Mr.D - which means he wasted 2 hours of my time to just tell me he was not able to help me. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!

Cheap food especially if u like chicken....their food is great
