I arrived at 9:25am and it was so full which I did not have a problem with that. I waited patiently for my turn. I was then called to that side of doctors to wait outside for my turn to go inside consultation room, to my surprise 4 patients who found me already waiting were called before me. I had to ask one of the staff and she couldn't answer me. That was not fair at all, even at medication room same thing happened. How can someone who came after you leave early?? Please control your queues.

Had a great experience today, staff was friendly and efficient. The lady that did our ultrasound was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, with such professionalism. Place is quite affordable, I would just suggest patients to arrive early so they can be done early, like I did. Thank you to the staff at Peermed Germiston

I been coming to Peermed since my son was 6 months old, I guess you guys have grown too big to care, Waiting in one room to go to another to wait some more to wait some more in two other rooms!!

Doctors can't finish with one patient at a time they all over the place!

constant waiting and rude staff, not the same service as before, I will not be returning ever.

Today my wife and I visited the Peermed Germiston Branch as always. I told my wife to wait for the medication and I will wait in the car for her. After an hour or so I asked my wife to ask what the hold up was. She was then told that the files went missing. How can the file just disappear. It goes from the Doctor to the dispensary,T which is 10 meters appart. This very unprofessional.

The doctor service is excellent and the ladies taking you to the bck to see the docter.... Problem is the lady in front..... She does not have sense of emergency. No control of the que or who was the 1st.....

I filled the covid form thn i went to the reception to get the nxt step by noone evn bother to attend me.The was 1 lady who was attending patients for eyes.The other girls where coming nd going for almost 11mins.Noone evn bother to ask me or say a word until I decided to leave and look for another place.From what i always heard abt Peermeed thn comparing frm wat i hv witnessed, it was totaly different.
