Loving the gym, trainers are hands on and absolutely polite, Poppie whose part of the management has been great, excellent peoples skills. Enjoying my time there and will definitely recommend to friends and family...

Trainers are awesome u0026 helpful u0026 saw great results while attending the gym . The head office accounts department has no clue what they are doing though ,as a result i've cancelled my contract cos I just got tired of their very poor service .

Bathrooms are disgusting and broken upstairs and only one toilet downstairs without a lock. Showers with no door or curtains. They advertise a coffee bar on the sign board outside and yet there is nothing but a water dispenser. Good thing is that there is a child minder but the kids corner is way too small. No treadmill. And u can't hear the TV in kids corner coz the wall is not built to the top and u can only hear music from aerobics class.the new Reception girl is super friendly and always greets you with a smile. Super niki. Bathrooms needs to be redone. Doors need locks and showers need curtains. The fees are cheap and equipment is fantastic. Child care MUST be bigger but other than that kids love it and parents can gym rest assured.I ONLY give it five stars for having a child minder and being able to go there on a Sunday and gym for free! Other than that, the place needs to have work done when it's comes to toilets and showers and it's so called kitchen.

I ONLY give it five stars for having a child minder and being able to go there on a Sunday and gym for free! Other than that, the place needs to have work done when it's comes to toilets and showers and it's so called kitchen.

Went to join the gym today and was told by the manager Lali not to waste her consultant Lawrence time as I planned a quick pop in,didnt enter the gym as all this happened at the front door,i then turned away with disgust as I walked her and her female colleague made a fool of me and started laughing.....disgusted!
