Worse experience of life, firstly she gave us the rooms keys without the remote and she said that she won't give us the remote because guest steal her remotes so everytime we needed to go out we needed her to open for us. Secondly she insisted on cash payments because she didn't want her husband to see how much money was coming into the business. Thirdly, she changed the room towels and sheets from white to dark colors stating that she didnt want her towels and sheets to be dirty. Fourth, she asked her cleaning lady to knock on our room door at 09:30 reminding us of checkout time that was at 10:00. This lady is very very very Rude, at first glance she looks sweet but that's a front. Overall I would recommend for anyone to never book there

Abby received us well when we arrived. Even though it was during loadshedding, the guesthouse was setup with solar heating. We are able to do the basic, such as heating our food, using the kettle. It wasn't long and the electricity went back on. I loved the setup of the room. The rates are reasonable. I will definitely go back again. Thank you Abby

Host is very friendly and welcoming. Environment is very calming and peaceful. One feels safe. Close walking distance to shop and close to University of Nelson Mandela

My fiancé and I loved our stay there. Looking forward to going back. The owner and her husband are super friendly. The guesthouse is very clean and its in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to spar and close to every place that's hip and happening

Awful terrible shocking service - after emailing the owner that I was traveling with dogs and confirmed that I could sit in garden, I was shouted at, treated with disdain and told to tie my dogs up - this all happened within 15 min of arriving. The hygiene leaves much to be desired - look at all the bite marks on my arm and the dirty carpets. Look also at state of small garden. I was threatened that I will not get my deposit back if I do not remove my bad review. Avoid at all costs

Very nice and spacious in a quiet area. They provide cooking utensils and have Dstv explora for entertainment. It's also quite close to the spar around there which is very convenient.
