It was our first time buying from Fishaways and we had great service and enjoyed our meal thoroughly. The prawn pops boxes were perhaps the only disappointment as they didn't have the quantity of prawns we had hoped but rather a mixture of things in it.
Overall lovely food and tastes though!

18 March 22 - been receiving such great customer service from the coloured lady in training. She's so warm, friendly and very professional. Until today when Ferida spoiled my impression of this establishment ???? she deserves to go to the back of the line and not be up front - back of the line as in the kitchen where she's not seen or heard cos she's very abrupt and has no customer service.

Also, the portions on the website for the family platter vs what you get is definitely not a large rice portion and medium chips portion. Very disappointing but fresh tasting food.

Food and service was good. Eating utensils were not provided in the take-away. Would also like tartare sauce to be included with the fish.

Always a pleasure placing orders for the whole family here. Really great service from the friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to our next order. Hooked from the get go.

Bought a hake and fishcake platter yesterday. Fish oily and mushy - definitely not fresh. Chips not crispy. Fish cakes clearly overcooked. Whole meal looked like it was not freshly done. Have had good food there in the past so what was up with the staff yesterday!!!!!!!!!!
