Been a foschini customer over 30yrs never had a good shopping experience at walmerpark branch. Lazy nonchalant and incompetant staff. On tuesday asked them to sauce a chain from greenacres which i urgently needed for today. Called twice today they still getting back to me. Went to greenacres myself nobody knew abt the chain. Was going to purchase 3 chains wasnt even offer the 3 for 2 special. Bad bad service everytime. Will rather support other jewellers in future !!!
