Having stayed at various establishments in PE before we found St Phillips the best.

Friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Accommodation is very nice, decor good, clean and for the price value for money.
Location is good.
Breakfast lovely.

Can highly recommend St Phillips B and B.

I just loved this place. We had such a warm welcome from our hostess, Vanessa. We jad a long 12 hour trip behind us and she made sure we are comfartable and happy. The room was like home away from home, with a lovely ocean view. The breakfast was yummy. The staff are so friendly, and goes the extra mile to make yourstay over special. I would definately recommend them and will most cirtainly come back again

Lovely lovely lovely, beautiful rooms, nice people and very helpful, close walk to a number of decent restaurants.

Bed is comfortable and the bath and shower work well, pleasantly surprised.

Had a truelly fantastic stay here at St Phillip's. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The rooms vary in size but are really comfortable. We initially stayed in the smaller no4 which is all you need if you are just sleeping here at night and then leaving during the day. Room no6 is a lot more spacious if you require a little more room. The rooms come with all your basics except a hair dryer so ladies might need to bring your own. The breakfasts options are good and value for money. The venue is about 800m to Stanley's street where you have loads of restaurants on offer. There is a narrow drive way along the house for secure parking though it is a little cramped. On busy times you will need to reverse out of the 20m odd drive way. We managed. Really worth while staying especially if you like the antique feel of a place.
