After trying for a week to get my COVID vaccine done elsewhere, I decided to go to Clicks Sunridge. Good advice from the staff on duty was to arrive early (7:30am). The premises was neat and tidy and had chairs outside for the queue, as well as inside the store. The person in charge of the vaccine queue was calm and helpful. Vaccinator on duty Anelisa Sokwali did an excellent job: friendly, fast and efficient service.

What an unbelievable experience.. 4 of us went for our covid shots first and second one and I would like to say thanks to the lady that helped us at the front door... She is one in a million... The staff is so organized.. Also a big shout out to the clinic sisters... Awesome job CLICKS SUNRIDGE

Called the pharmacy to ask about the clinic, as my calls remained unanswered. Was told the sister's door is closed, so she is in with a someone. I could try calling again later or just show up, as you needn't have an appointment. I tried calling for another hour (about five times), decided to take my six-week baby for her immunizations and just go and wait. Arrived a few minutes later, as I live nearby, with a sign on the door that the sister wouldn't be in today, due to unforeseen circumstances. That's all good and well, but then the rest of the staff should know about it and let customers who call know the nurse is out. Not the first time I have been extremely let down by this Clicks. Unfortunately, they are convenient, so I put up with the incompetence I've experienced there.

The clinic sister refused to do a vitality check for myself and 2 children at 4 pm after I called in the morning to confirm closing time and if an appointment was necessary. It was confirmed by the pharmacist that an appointment is not necessary. Poor service.

Very slow queue movement at dispensery and no facilities/trolleys for kids. Is the expectation to carry your child? Very professional staff.

Phoned them Saturday 17th October the manager answered I asked to be connected to the Pharmacy he said it can’t be done as there was a problem in transferring calls from their main nr and was a problem for a day and he said they couldn’t fix it don’t know who is they suppose their technician it’s Pathetic service Rating is 0
