So the first time we ordered I got a extremely salty Icebine(spelling). The second time no milkshake of the kids which I ordered plus the portions are so small for R130. The picture below is of their curry chicken and it was very disappointing to say the least. I do not even want to get into my kids old chips and dry chicken strips. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Wow what a find this pub restaurant us. Great food at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their Dom Pedro's are awesome and I really enjoyed the Irish stew which was too much for me to eat ha ha

Always great food, great service ! Reasonably priced. Always fun for a after work beer and snack basket. Owner always makes one feel welcome

Very interesting experience. Went there with a few girls, because it is one of the closest restaurants to us. It was the night before a public holiday. Arrived at 6h30 and I felt like I already missed the party. At 7h the music was so loud that the waiter couldn't hear our order. It seems like dinner is served by 6pm, second round drinks served by 8pm and you should be in bed by 10pm. It felt like Barneys for Babyboomers! Everyone was having a jol, but go early if you want conversation with your supper.

As normal service from bar staff was good, however what was off putting was a kid playing chess with them in the center of the bar counter right next to where my mate and I were trying to converse, the tyke was constantly fiddling , should have done this in the far corner far from patrons , our meal was good so I bought a Sunday lunch take out for the wife, she enjoyed the main meal but the malva pud was rock hard, she could not cut it with a steak knife??

Had a coctail there. Friendly helpfull staff. Did not eat anything so I cant comment on that. But for drinks they perfect.
