The initial impression I got was that it was a little too small for my liking. Furthermore due to this limited space the room gets extremely hot inside, thus you constantly need to turn on the fan (ideally they should invest in an air conditioning system as this will help regulate the room temperature way better).
Apart from that it's a fairly decent place to live in, especially if you don't have a big budget for accommodation.
There is no secured parking as well, so don't be alarmed at that, however the good thing is that it seems like it's a safe place as most people who live in that area park their cars outside.
Overall it was an okay place to live in, but I definitely think they have a lot of room for improvement.

Considered it for a few business associates, but when doing a drive through Forest Hill I was absolutely shocked by all the vagrants and unsavory characters. People seem to be sitting at the shop all day and sleeping there too. Not impressed.

The location ????
The place was not clean
On Sunday night there was no electricity until the next day
There were water on the floor from the fridge because of electricity
Monday afternoon we had to bath with cold water
There place feels unsafe
No aircon

An amazing place really, absolutely gorgeous and clean. Very luxurious and incredibly affordable. Friendly staff too!

Absolutely shocking area and surroundings. The rooms are nothing like the photos u0026 are tiny. Would never recommend to anyone
