Ernie was superb. Great service received from him and the young lady at reception. Parking makes a bit of an inconvenience. But this is close enough to the hub of the CBD, which is a good thing. The area is secluded and secured. We might consider to revisit.

The house (multi property type bnb) I was allocated to 21 Willow was neat -n-tuck. Great use of space.
Pros:
-Affordable
- Same as pictures
- Safe neighborhood

Cons:
- Have to check-in at different address not explicitly mentioned when booking.
- Found that price confirmed on call was not invoiced amount and higher price invoiced at check-in, later corrected.
- No smoke detectors, some guests were smoking and all rooms listed as no smoking.

The Place is was very nice , It was a home away from home.People were very friendly and if it wasnt for the family emergency we'd still be there.

Oh! Man what can I say we had a relaxing time last night everything was on point the room was clean,comfy, and cosy it was perfect for me and my husband.Sharon you are the best hostess

The stay was okay. The key deposit policy is horrible. Maybe it could work for someone checking out late. Had to postpone meetings just to wait for the reception staff to come to work. Wasted over an hour waiting. Calls unanswered

The facilities were great, the location just perfect, and the staff and management were more than accommodating. Great place to stay.
