Perfect for business travel. Situated close to main roads and there is a small shopping center walking distance away. Great views of the ocean! Breakfast was well prepared and no long waiting time when you are running on a schedule.

Sir Roys is the best BnB you can go to in PE for business or leisure. The views are stunning rooms immaculate and Yvonne the manager is so helpful, accommodating and kind. My family has and always will come to Sir Roys when staying in PE. Not to mention their really cool pool ????

Everything you would expect from a b and b and more. Staff very friendly and on the ball. View of the harbour absolutely stunning.

Bit torn writing this review it would normally get a five it is one of our favourites a hidden gem in Port Elizabeth. And a business everyone should support This trip was of a disappointment a place we frequently visit. They got rid of the honesty bar and some the room amenities which was a bit sad, due to Covid these are the things that have this venue that bit extrs some care is needed unforseen charges. It is like a second home stunning place. Nothing wrong with putting things in a plastic prepacked packet if you no what I mean

I spent a week at Sir Roys at the Sea in April 2018 and could not recommend it highly enough. It is a delightful bed and breakfast in a very safe area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfasts in the morning were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will surely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to PE. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. Thanks again for making a solo traveler feel so welcome and at home!

I always dreamt of having this harbour view. I was fascinated with the pool, I am glad the morning was beautiful. We took nice pictures by the pool
