John is absolutely incredible. He goes out of his way to make sure his guests enjoy their evening. The food is prepared right in front of you which I love - it just adds to the whole ambience. Talking about the food itis top class. I can basically recommend anything on the menu, but allow the waiter or John to suggest what he is cooking up that evening and just sit back, relax and enjoy! I always make a plan to go visit whenever I’m in town because it’s just THAT good.

Brilliant. Very friendly and went out of their way for us. Gluten free is difficult to find and John just did it, no hassle at all. This little restaurant was a real find.

The best value for money, food and service in PE. If you want a taste sensation, go to Flava. Personal service from chef John! Definitely worth a visit.

Super venue with host John and his team. We each ordered one of the nightly specials. Pork belly with sweet potato mash and grilled mix veg. Followed by a peanut brittle ice-cream. All superbly presented and very reasonable priced.

Great Chef/Owner .....these 400g pure beef burger was definitely a favourite for me
