This is now my 3rd camp, it's addictive and great for the mind and body.
I had covid in June and was struggling to start running again. I managed to complete a 42km race the other day, and I believe it is because of the strength training I incorporated into my training.
Ladies motivating each other and holding each other accountable to pitch up for the next lesson is what I love. Well done Manni and Nats.
