Welcoming, friendly Host. Accommodated me on last minute. The place is cosy and clean. Warm delicious breakfast even during loadshedding. The location is in a safe and peaceful area, walking distance from shops.

Hard to believe that SU CASA Bu0026B canceled the morning that my staff arrived. Manager-Owner did not cancel reservation online until after my staff tried to check-in; would not return calls from me or staff. Horrible communication and left us without a place at the last minute. BEWARE as management of the location is questionable. No one will return emails/calls about refund. Took my money, and will not answer emails or phone calls? Hard to blame this abysmal service on COVID. Canceled reservation after staff arrived and tried to check-in early. Failed to-date to refund the room that they cancelled upon our arrival. Horrible experience, criminal if they do not refund.

Good environment, nice place. Didn't get to watch sports during stay because its not available, only movies on Netflix and YouTube.
