Great service,very beautiful ,clean facility and very friendly staff.. We were hosted for a Women’s day brunch and We got to learn more about McDonald and what goes on during operations. It was such a nice ,informative experience.. Thank you McDonald’s

Always helpful, food well prepared, willing to help all the clients at all times. Long operating hours.

Please consider restructuring your shifts to accommodate all clients who comes late ⏰. Your drive though are always packed and that’s not so good for customers since they wait longer. Most especially after 23H00 and this is because few staff members available to help clients.

Improve this for My 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Average experience. Lady was rude and not patient with placing the order. The food was quick and good standard quality. I won't be back soon.

Friendly services, the place was clean and workers were helpful. Kids enjoyed their food and we got free socks.

The McDonald’s is always busy and lively and the food is excellent. Sometimes they don’t have milk related items though I assume because it’s so busy

We had an incident on Saturday morning around 1:34am where the sales lady was very rude. While at the window waiting to pay, 2 gentlemen came to the window and placed their orders as 'walkthroughs'. We practically had to wait for close to 5minutes whilst this lady assisted these customers. When we called her out on it, she told us that she would educate us about how they work on Weekends, even had the audacity to say that it was easy for us because we have cars but there will come a time when we don't. We asked for the manager and someone you could easily tell was not the manager came. If this is how you treat paying customers at your establishment then you are going to lose customers. If a drive-thru accepts walk-ins then what stops the rest of us from parking our cars and walking straight to the window as well. We DO NOT have to buy at McDonald's, we do so because we want to and if the very people who are supposed to serve us treat us like dirt then we have no choice but to take our money to places where it is appreciated. Personally, I don't think I will come back as a customer.

How low must we go with this McDonalds (Humewood) before anyone at Head Office does something about it??? Been there today and the first thing I see is the drive through order screen is broken. So far so good, I can handle that. Then I order two Happy Meals and asked for extra onions and pickles in the burgers. She said they have NO onions at all. How can a McDonalds run out of onions? The next thing they didn't have is the box for the Happy Meal, so we were handed the meals in paper bags. Seriously? So we asked for extra gherkins right in the beginning and repeated it again at the paying window. Drove home. Opened the burgers and there is NO gherkins at all. No way!!! This is such bad service!!! And the slowest drive through I have ever seen. I really can't believe how little they care about customer service. So sad! Especially since this is a franchise with high standards.
