We had an incident on Saturday morning around 1:34am where the sales lady was very rude. While at the window waiting to pay, 2 gentlemen came to the window and placed their orders as 'walkthroughs'. We practically had to wait for close to 5minutes whilst this lady assisted these customers. When we called her out on it, she told us that she would educate us about how they work on Weekends, even had the audacity to say that it was easy for us because we have cars but there will come a time when we don't. We asked for the manager and someone you could easily tell was not the manager came. If this is how you treat paying customers at your establishment then you are going to lose customers. If a drive-thru accepts walk-ins then what stops the rest of us from parking our cars and walking straight to the window as well. We DO NOT have to buy at McDonald's, we do so because we want to and if the very people who are supposed to serve us treat us like dirt then we have no choice but to take our money to places where it is appreciated. Personally, I don't think I will come back as a customer.
