Pathetic service from Nando’s, will never enter another Nando’s again! After many years tonight we discovered that if you have a baby you shouldn’t eat at Nando’s. We visited this Nando’s tonight and we spent R450 and I bought a kfc mash and gravy for my 1 year old daughter the manager “ Teressa “ she said her name was refused to heat my baby’s mash and gravy because it was bought from kfc, for a manager she got a disgusting attitude. I hope to get a call from her manager who’s name is apparently Nolan

1/5 - Small potions all round. No teaspoons or sweetener. Left hungry after spending R450 here. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Would we return? Nope. Potions were tiny. Ordered a tea, got a big spoon to stir with and asked about sweetner and was told there is none. Food came in drips and drabs and glasses at the end of the meal - and they weren't even that busy!

Nope lost a client today when we left still feeling hungry and disappointed

I don't like Nando's summers any longer the atmosphere is full and boring and the way the meal is served is nothing like the presentation at MetLife plaza ...tonight's arros was smeared with hot sauce that I had to scrape off the chicken spoiling my appetite.the portions are extremely small ....a true disappointment ....to think I rode all the way to Summerstrand

The service and the food were both top quality! And they had a generator to keep the lights on and the kitchen working during loadshedding!
