extremely slow service even though i was the only customer there. the trainee or new worker helped us and took her own precious time. she first lost the butterfly of my earring, she didn’t know how to use the computer and she tried piercing my ears. it was her first time piercing ears, although she only did my one ear. the ear in which she had pierced is taking way to long to heal and is in constant pain and swelling. the other ear which was pierced by the professional is fully healed, but the my other ear is so painful and gives out pus and blood everyday. the earring even sucked INTO my ear, and it was stuck in my lobe. its in extremely bad condition.
once they lost my butterfly , they had to look for a new one which fit my earrings that i had chose. this process took so long, and the butterfly in which they ended up giving me, doesn’t fit so well. yes i fully understand it was just an accident.
the workers weren’t exactly friendly, they looked rather bored and couldn’t care, this shouldn’t be how customer care is.
