Lovely environment to work out in - it's hygienic and the staff are very friendly- however - many of the cable machines are out constantly out of order. Their admin team lacks a lot. I have been waiting for them to contact me for 6 months about a discrepancy on my membership- after continuously following up and leaving my details with various members of staff. They eventually ended up terminating my membership due to this discrepancy without informing me. I rate them 1/5 for their admin team and 3/5 for their facilities.

The service is super... I was knee on town but they made my gyming experience the best one.. I give them 10/10...

I don't refer this gym to anyone, especially females. My girlfriend has been a member of this gym for a while now and has been constantly harassed and kept out of her workouts by personal trainers of this gym. She has repeatedly told them that she has a boyfriend but they insist on asking her questions about her personal life and trying to get her number to "come to personal one on one classes". Apparently this has been a problem for her for a while now, but has gotten increasingly bad over the last month, so much so that in the last 7 days of gym she has only exercised a total of +-60 minutes, walking into the gym to warm-up, only to be harassed after the first 10 min and feel so anxious and scared that she'll rather decide to leave and exercise at home. Gym is supposed to be a safe space and a place to clear your mind, not a place where you are scared to go without your boyfriend. This is unacceptable.

1. Poor maintenance on equipment, some rowing machines have been faulty for over six months.
2. I have raised concerns about faulty equipment before and received a response from GM that he expects members to inform team, which clearly indicates poor facilities management and poor daily inspection of equipment, which when faulty, could cause injury and unnecessary claims
3. Furniture in mens change room falling apart
4. No generator during load shedding, really? It's 2022, if members are paying for a service offering they should be able to utilise what they are paying for.

Spacious, well equipped and clean. The staff are great and the change rooms are fantastic.

They incompetent, they will never cancel your contract even if you are done with your contract. They will just debit you none stop. Virgin Active is killing the youth and I hate myself for visiting them. They are crooks who steal your money and promise you lies. Virgin Active is not the gym been advertised. It's a pyramid scheme. Id rather die of then go back
