Just had a week long stay at The Hub. Very nice place, cosy and neat. They have power during load shedding, with strong WiFi signal to my room.

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because my room smelled a bit musty, I don't know if it's the carpets or what it is but the moment I walked in it assaulted my senses. The next day when I came back I see the staff left the fan on and the windows open, so they were probably trying to get rid of the smell. The smell gradually got better as the week went by, but I think a scented powder that you vacuum up should do the trick.

As for breakfast, it was tasty and sufficient. I don't know what people are complaining about in the other reviews, it's complimentary and there are plenty of choices available. Bear in mind it's a 3 star establishment, not a 3 Michelin Star restaurant.

Will definitely return, staff was friendly and helpful, couple of noisy guests but that's the not the guest house's fault. I'm sure they would've moved me to a different room had I asked.

One of the most friendliest staff you can ever found. Just wonderfull little Hotel with a heart off gold. Had one off my best stays ever and can't wait to be back end off the month. Seen you soon Mr Botes. And to my dear friend at the receptionist you are the light off that place all the good laughs we had. Get ready for some more the last week off this month

Stayed a week, rooms are super Clean, staff are super friendly. Only 1 suggestion is to have a bottle of drinking water in rooms for guests. But otherwise a great place and will be back

My stay was as a result of extensive invasive medical care required in Gqberha. The Hub became my five day essential 'sanctuary' enabling me to recuperate. A quiet and the most comfortable 'home from home' I could ever have asked for! Every staff member was caring and went way beyond their roles/duties in assisting me to recover. Delicious meals served as a courtesy. I will always be ever grateful to you Ren and your gems!!! Warm regards, Grant ( Knysna )

We had a wonderful stay, wow what a beautiful property and the staff was amazing, Thembi and Andy made our stay memorable such friendly people , we will definitely return.

Mattress, linen and pillows worn out. Tv remote was filthy and broken, carpets in room felt sticky underfoot. Shower blocked with scum. In the morning staff were loud and noisy on arrival. Only one set of towels in room, had to ask for a second. We defintiely got the impression that management is absent, placr feels neglected. No attention to detail. Staff were friendly though. Definitely won't stay here again. Surprised it's received such good ratings, maybe it was just our room, room no.1.

Gqebera for the win, the supervisor and staff is what sold The Hub for me. The way people treat desperate people says a lot about them. Needed a space to work before I could check in officially and they basically went all out to give allow me to get connected and be productive. More than once ????
