Very bad service when offloading thesen wood. Truck was standing at hermanus the whole night and on thursday a public holiday the manager said he cannot help to offload only 5 bundels of wood but they are open and working loading but cant take 20 min of their time to help a truck. Truck had to stand the the whole day again just to of load the 5 bundels the friday

My new home. Its like a candy store, and i feel like a kid walking in there. Staff are very helpful and service is good.

Visited the new store in Gansbaai, looking for a drillstand. The person assiting me referred me to the branch in Hermanus. He was confident that it was available there. Needless to say time money and effort spend was not fruitful as there was no such product available. All the way to Hermanus and back to Franskraal. Thank you but no thank you. You will not see me again

Any building equipment and goods to be found in this shop. Prices are reasonable and staff will go the extra mile.

Preferred their previous shop layout. Staff ok and reasonable prices. Surprised that they do not stock a treated 90 X 20mm plank.
