Staff members very friendly and helpful. Free coffee of course, which is very nice, so by the way, if you went shopping in a hurry. Their prices of tiles are affordable.

I knew exactly what I was looking for and I chose CTM as my first stop. What a pleasure to walk into a store and immediately know where to go. It's a beautiful store. Clean, organised, ample staff eager to assist, wide variety, good prices and more. I found the item I was looking for and with the assistance from a staff member I got all I needed. In and out. Happy customer indeed.
