It was always a pleasure doing business here, friendly and efficient staff until I was served by Bronwyn today. Eventually left shop with no businesses done. Lost customer and customer retention failure Bronwyn. Had to drive to Town and received superb service from FOTOFIRST.

Had a horrible experience at this establishment during the week. Went in to get a large format print and asked for 250 GSM or higher paper - I was told by staff that they only had 180 GSM and that there was NO way I'd get better paper in this town (which turns out to be a blatant lie, which I found out after making a few phone calls after this incident - something I should have done right in the beginning). Their 'specialized printing' paper couldn't hold the ink - I was told to wait 30 minutes so that the ink could soak in and upon return there was no change - the paper was still warped and the original staff member I had been dealing with was nowhere to be seen. I expressed how unhappy I was with their warped, subpar print job but was still expected to pay R170 for their "specialized print" which I can't use (black and white, by the way). I left there heartbroken, in tears, and feeling robbed. If you can't complete a specific order - why lie about it? I am absolutely appalled.

Ten stars if I could ! Went there under quite hectic stressful circumstances and they could not have been nicer ! Massive mention to Bronwyn Carstons for superb service
