Bought a handbag it's torn inside when I go back to return loadshedding we can't help and go back again when electricity is back on, still no we can't help because we still busy with our own things 'client first' doesn't apply its a shame POOR SERVICE

My mom tried to buy a card machine thing, but the person who talked to her just told her to call or look online. No effort at all. Worst customer service ever.

Not as large as the bigger retailers eg EDGARS but quality of clothing match any one of them. Good window displays. Trendy and classic styles. Carry enough of different sizes. Men and woman's clothing and accessories. Neat fitting rooms. Enough hooks on walls. Chair and carpet. Curtain closes properly. Staff assists one should you need another size which is great. Professional staff always busy and always willing to advise when needed. Pleasure shopping there.
