Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I went I there to buy an external harddrive, and the staff showed levels of incompetence I have seldom seen in the realm of sales and I am honestly flummoxed as to how either of the staff got their positions in the first place.
Firstly they double charged me and then basically said that it was my fault and that I pulled out my card to early despite them only mentioning that there was an issue with the machine after me removing my card. If it's an issue replace the machine or at the very least mention it beforehand and do it yourself. And When there is an issue be solution orientated, don't say 'go sort it out with your bank' and refuse to release the goods which has already reflected as a debit on my account. Show some empathy when it comes to dealing with customers and for god's sake never blame the customer. Now I have to get my bank to refund the transaction and waste hours of my life due to staff incompetence and a lack of willingness to do their job but would prefer to sit on their phones, play games and blame customers for their own incompetence and the fact that they have to work on a sunday.
We were prepared to spend an additional R3k today on keyboards, JBL earbuds and the likes and instead I'll never shop at computer mania again.
