We had a nice lunch here. They have nice things for lunch. The food is very tasty and the portions are big. The sushi is a must as is the club sandwich. You can order typical Dutch dishes such as croquettes and bitterballen. These were also very tasty. You look out over the sea and when it is cold outside. Can you sit behind a windshield? The staff are nice. This was the perfect place for us to have lunch after the coastal walk.
The prices are not very low, but its worth it.

Beach House Music.
Definitely worth a visit each time you in Hermanus.
Ice cold drinks: cocktails and local brewed beer.
Decent kitchen with variety of options. Seafood is the specialty.
Staff members are full of smiles, ensuring you feel spoiled.

What can be more relaxing than having your feet firmly planted in soft beach sand, looking over the ocean while drinking beers and cocktails?! NOTHING!
It’s so nice to have people coming in with their dogs and joining for a drink.

Had a delicious dinner at Dutchies. We had a few starters… tapas style. And shared the mushroom risotto. The bitterballen were out of this world. Out attentive waitress was Zanele and she was wonderful. Jacques was the manager and was also great. Cosy atmosphere next to the fireplace on chilly evening. Definitely worth a visit. And on a sunny day, it’s seafood on the deck ????

My new favourite restaurant EVER!!! Best service from the nicest waiter, Kenneth. Awesome food, fresh and perfectly presented. Will definately come again. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Very very good food.Excellent grilled Calamri with homemade tatar sauce!Staff is extremly fiendly.Best place for sunset as well...

Upon arrival at the Dutchies a private function was pre-arranged. However the staff and management still seated my wife and I irrespectively, The food(Hake nd Chips wth a side salad) was the best I have ever tasted by far. What an amazing experience....Thanks Dutchies for an awesome meal????????
