WOW WOW WOW... The best Calamari burger I ever had. Will definitely visit this awesome shop again. If you want the best food in the Western Cape. You need to visit this shop, you won't be disappointed.

Stumbled across Fish Express on a visit to Vermont from Hermanus. Happy we did! A beautiful place with friendly staff! Barend, the owner is friendly and welcoming.

I loved the rocky road display, the story that goes with it. What a wonderful way to grow up with entrepreneur lessons.

The vetkoek smells extremely delicious and the taste lived up to the smell!!

This place is a must!

Plan to stop by again.

This place has the best fish and chips in town. Portions are large and come with copious amounts of chips. Calamari is tender. Fishcakes also highly recommended. There is usually a wait at mealtimes, but one can phone ahead and order. Staff are also cheery and friendly.

The Best Fish and Chip Shop in Hermanus! Situated in Onrus ! Not shy with Portions! Well and truely a must do , when you looking for the best fish and Chips!! A real Gem, "hole in the wall" shop not to pass by!!

The best hake and chips, calamari and garlic prawns I’ve had in a very long time. The vetkoek was also delicious and fresh. Thank you, Barend, for your hospitality. If you’re in the Onrus area, stop by for lunch (or again for breakfast, as we did before we headed home) for some scrumptious food made with love.

This is a long one...

Usually one associates takeaways with hopping in and hopping out. It is at least in my opinion not so much about the experience and atmosphere of the place. FISH EXPRESS however exceeds my expectations in every way!

Their food is loaded, they aren't stingy with the portions.
The customer care is topnotch! The owner takes pride in his craft and his business and this can be seen by the way he not only treats customers but his staff!

I cannot recommend them more! An added benefit is that even through loadshedding the deliver!
