Well looked after gardens, very friendly workers, washing fascilities, built for people to still interact or be more private.

An extremely well run retirement village. The tenants are very friendly, yet allow you your privacy and the indoor gardens are magnificent. SOFCA, which is the frail centre, is attached.

1. Fynbos Park is not far from the Mediclinic. The government hospital and the oncology hospital.
2.. Gateway mall and Hermanus are a bout 1 kilometer away
3. There is a comby that goes once a week for to both malls as well as the Sandbach mall.
4. Once a week we can have our blood pressure check
5. Fynbospark does not supply meals but there are different places where they can order a meal from or the can go to different hospital canteens to get a good meal cheap.
6. Some flats have garages other gave parking places on the Fynbospark grounds.
7. We have places where we can do our lawndry.
8. There are double flats and one room flats.
We live surrounded by lovely gardens.
9. We are three blocks away from the sea.
10. We have 24 hour guards at the gate.

Excellent, well looked after and managed, retirement village with beautiful gardens inside and out.
