Kevin set me up with a combo of blue and red trails that hit the spot for the challenge I was looking for. The trails themselves are outstanding, a combination of rides through vineyards, amazing ocean views and fun purpose built single track.

This is an excellent bike rental in Hermanus, with a great variety of bikes in different sizes (I was happy to get a small size Giant as often I need to go with medium). Kevin has taken over this business quite recently and I am sure he runs this at least as well as the previous owner. The location is super convenient if you stay in the same facility’s Breakaway Guesthouse (Kevin also brings the bikes where you need it), you can easily opt for a city bike one day, and another day take MTB (or e-MTB) to the fab trails in Hemel-en-Aarde. We also did one guided MTB tour including two stops in wineries with Kevin - can warmly recommend this - excellent choices of trails and wine tasting!

We took two of Dean's dual suspension bikes out for a great ride on the red route trail.
Straightforward and warm service from walking in 5 min before shop closing hours the day before until payment. Bikes are well maintained and all necessary stuff to fix a flat tire are included in the package

Kevin's service and help was excellent. The bike, a Giant Talon, was in excellent condition and he was very helpful in recommending a route.

Hermanus has some excellent MTB routes, from easy to very technical. Cycling through some vineyards with views of the beautiful mountains and the sea is something very special.

Had a couple of great days, renting trail bikes and having a guided trail with Kevin. He is extremely knowledgeable, safety conscious and was great fun to have as a guide, especially as this was the first outing ever on a trail for my wife.

I had an amazing day of mountain biking with Dean at GoBike Hermanus. He was very accommodating and flexible with the days ride plans. We were able to bike through all sorts of beautiful terrain and it couldn’t have been better! Would highly recommend!

Great bikes and excellent trails to enjoy for beginner and advanced alike around spectacular Hermanus. Dean saved our bacon with last minute bikes and was super helpful in getting us organised for a great day of riding. Thoroughly recommend!
