Enquiries with Holidayhomes-SA is pathetic!
I was in contact with Carina Vos enquiring of houses advertised by their company. All that came out of her mouth is EXCUSES!
Long story short...What has broken my spirit is: I come across a website whalesongbeachouse.co.za, I dial the number and Carina answers. When explaining to me what the house Whale Song entails, I quoted few things from this website and she tells me its incorrect, although it is their number and the agent advertised do work for them. At this time I am agitated. I requested Carina to send me a quotation, just maybe I will have a change of heart to continue with booking through holiday homes, she tells me, she think that she will be wasting her time sending it to me....and this AFTER hearing my request.
I believe that clients have all the right to question and enquire as much as they can to ensure that our monies are worth spending! Why are we good enough to pay but not get the proper service!
NEVER EVER again will I deal with holiday homes AGAIN and will make sure to spread this word!
