Good parking area and was expecting a great store. One of the most outdated stores I have been in. The area around the meat smells and dark environment not conducive to a return shop. Everything is lackluster. Not the experience I was expecting.

Always been treated good. The aisles between the shelves are a little narrow, especially if they pack the shelves. But the staff was and always is helpful.

I always used to stop here early mornings when im passing through to buy breakfast at the deli...when i stopped over last week i was told they dont do the breakfast stuff anymore????. I was a little dissapointed.

Butchery section doesn't smell good. Management should address and ensure cleanness/ hygienic environment all times. Cleaning floors during pick shopping hours may cause a occupational and accidental risks to customers especially the elderly. Overwise cool.

Always my first stop when am in town ☺️ just to see if they don't have anything on promotion I would like. Very neat shop layout

Been a loyal PnP shopper for many years visiting stores all over the WC. Relocated to Hermanus in 2021 but unfortunately this store does not meet PnP standards at all. Have tried contacting PnP customer services but it seems Head Office has no control over this store. One very loyal customer lost.
