Great stay, lovely location and views towards the mountain. Very clean and well equipped. It was a bit noisy at night with it being in the centre of the hustle and bustle, but it was quiet after 10:30. It was a windy day on the second day so it was a bit noisy because of the wind. Great place!

Stayed a night and it was meticulously clean, awesome bed and bedding with stunning bathroom. Downfall was our 2 windows looked out on a wall and just below was the sound of restaurant bins being rolled down the corridor. TV was also just for show.

Room very nice. Worst service ever, no parking available (need to pay R60 per day) on arrival when it stated parking when we booked the room. Useless service to get to the location of the room and breakfast area (as it is in a different building). Breakfast was useless (only 3 choices), did not try to accommodate us at all and needed to go eat at Wimpy.
Lovely rooms, but further 0/10. Will not go again.

Fantastic location in the heart of Hermanus. Overall a magnificent 7 night family stay December 2020. My only criticism is: unfriendly checkin staff at a different location, initially very difficult to locate your apartment/studio once at the location, very limited parking facilities in peak times and inadequate braai facilities on Outlook Deck. (1 braai and seating for 8 max for the entire apartments and studios collectively). Very little needs to be improved to make this a 5 star rating.

While the studio was of high quality and enjoyed. However, the breakfast was in another building and true hostel quality. They did not have items on the menu and you had to pay extra for juice and coffee.
Dont advertise as high quality, paying for a good service then I felt I was in a hostel.

No cleaning for 3 days even after asking for it. But when we were leaving they started cleaning before we even checked out...

Feels like they dont want you to stay there. Shocking service, house keeping and management.

Do not stay here - rude staff, noisy and no security.

The customer service and attitude of senior staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no safe location to park your car as although there is supposed to be security at the recommended parking location they are not there overnight. On the first night of our stay the fuel line of our rental car was cut and half a tank of fuel was stolen. We reported this to the hotel who immediately admitted that there should be security in the car park and at the studios and that we were not the first people to report that there was no security that night. However, they were extremely reluctant to find us somewhere more secure to park our replacement car and on check out, in addition to being surprised that we did not enjoy our stay, the manager who I had reported the incident to told me he had followed up with the rental company and tow truck and that our fuel line had not been cut but that Ford Eco Sport vehicles are forever breaking down and being towed. This was a complete lie.

The room had no view and was so noisy between 11.30pm and 2am from a nearby club that we could not sleep. Also, the hotel advertises that it has a rooftop terrace where you can sit and look out to sea to watch the whales but the hotel has removed access to this terrace by removing the push bar that opened the door.

We informed the hotel on check out that we had not enjoyed our stay for the reasons set out above and approximately 24 hours after we had checked out they reported us as a "no show". This is insulting and stupid as on check in you have to authorise a pre-charge to your card of 500ZAR as a damage deposit. I also have a copy of the incident report complete for the hotel regarding the damage to the car (photos attached). I presume they have done this to avoid a negative review which is devious and disgraceful.
