Was my first time visiting and staying over at the hotel. I received amazing service from the staff, they were very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Thank you very, very much dear WINDSOR HOTEL! You are the friendliest team we have ever met and your rooms have the most spectacular view. Everything was really squeeky clean! We had the best weekend because you treated us like royalty! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! Wishing we could give you 5 million stars and not only 5.

We actually stayed in the hotel. Lovely experience. Room spacious and spotless. Walk to all the restaurants and pubs and seaside walk and whale watching on your doorstep. Friendly efficient service. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service by Precious. Thank you.

Relatively easy check-in, small but cozy apartments. Very clean and tidy.

Stayed for 4 days. Super accomodating, ask and you shall receive.

Happily changed our breakfast into lunchpacks for the crew and made our entire experience seamless.

The Windsor Hotel is an institution in Hermanus with very good reason. Comfy rooms, excellent breakfast and an amazing ocean view. What more can you ask for. We are firm regulars and are already looking forward to our next visit.
