Food is good and truly authentic but no English menu. Music is too loud. Bathrooms and hand washing rooms in terrible state. The service is terrible and the servers are always rushing you to order without allowing you to properly settle down. They are not consistent with what goes with the dishes that I have to keep asking for what is missing on my plate. While dining, they are sweeping the floor to a point of banging your chair as if they cannot wait for you to leave while in the middle of your meal. Inasmuch as I love the food here, it embarrasses me bringing friends and introducing them to Ethiopian cuisine mostly because of the service. The area is already in a dodgy place, at least make up for it with the way you treat your customers especially the non Ethiopian ones.
