At the moment this is my First choice of my last choice of dining options
Instead of eating home cooked meals very affordable meal options for one getting more affordable as a take out treat for a family or if you having guests over for a no fuss meal option.

Drive Thru order was bad, I ordered a Family Box with extra Medium mash and gravy. and upon checking my order upon arrival back home, I was only given x1 regular mash u0026 gravy and this was my second bad experience with KFC Kensington.

Clearly the cashier was having a bad day and the security had had a late night however the food was good.
Problem though .... both times I've been there I've used the cloakroom- both times I've been happy that I always have tissues in my bag! No loo roll - again!

The food is absolutely pathetic. The chicken still has long feathers on it. I found a short curly black hair in the chicken and my family has long straight hair. Totally off-putting. The chicken was hard and rubber like. The food was stale and gross. The service is horrible. I asked and payed for a 10 piece family treat and when I got home there were only 8 pieces. If I could, I would rate it zero stars. Horrible food, horrible service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Not my best experience at KFC.

The drive through took forever to move, and the driveway of the drive through is quite narrow and really steep so I kept worrying that the car in front of me was going to roll back and bump my car.

The ice cream machine is out of order so none of the food options containing ice cream is available, including the crushers.

When parked at the last window of the drive through there is a little plaque waring not to touch it as the content are poison for rodents, which did put me off my food.

My overall experience wasn’t the best.

One of the best of KFCs around with great tasting and fresh food. Definitely worth it to pop in again!

I placed an order with Uber Eats and it was cancelled by five drivers before the order simply vanished. I was left thinking my food was just stolen. But after a visit to KFC Kensington they quickly told me that the order was never picked up. And rather than giving me a cold order they remade my food with their apologies. Thank you KFC Kensington for doing what you can for fixing that mess up. The manager on site was super helpful.

Uber Eats is a trash company with little customer service. I'll be picking up my food myself from now on.
