Gym opens at 4am, we have been parked outside since4:45, there is no1 here. Just everyone waiting for them to open, worse gym up the road is open since 4.

It's a very nice gym. A lot of equipment to use and it's well ventilated

The gym is friendly staff but my problem is all the time when there is ko electricity or loadshedding we have to tovtakenour classes outside peoe exercise in dark but we pay them every month with no excuses...they must try and get a big generator really ...Birchleigh Bodyflo

Great gym with all need in a gym ,might just need some more space between equipment and personnel but it is still an impressive gym

The gym Standard is going down day by day, music is so terrible, infect the speakers just make noise you can't even recognize the song..
