Overall the food I had was good

The fish was nice but the flavors weren’t as described in the menu. It could have been much better.

The drink looked great but it was just ok when it came to taste.

The cookie pan was probably the better one. I like how crispy it was.

I would like to visit this restaurant again to try another dish cause I feel they do make some dishes good.

I would recommend giving this restaurant a try.

1 Pascal Heintz (Los Vapos Vape) - a week ago

After around the 10th time dinning at Ocean Basket Glen Marais we were rejected service due to having a small dog at my side. This is outside seating. If inside I could understand but as far as I’m concerned I’m seated outside with smokers. And to top it off while the manager (Mr Western - so he’s called) is rejecting to serve us another human is walking his dog through the outside seating area, in between the tables and interacting with people seated at a table opposite us. I understand the ‘rules’ but I don’t tolerate double standards. We have frequented this restaurant many times and never had trouble. This is because this is the only time Mr Western was actually on the floor. So that being said, I will never return to Ocean Basket ANYWHERE. These franchises offer nothing unique and special anyway. I would feel better if the manager didn’t treat me like I’ve done something wrong, my dog is better trained than a child sitting across me!

Excellent food and service. I loved the food and our waitress was excellent. The manager also came by to ask us how our meal was and I really appreciated that. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Good service, the restaurant a bit cramped. Doesn't inspire us to sit in and have dinner with the kids

The UberEats delivery guy did'nt deliver my order. He got 9minutes away, stopped for 1hr, then the order was closed. The delivery service let me down though enjoyed the food previously when delivery was made. Worse, had tipped the suspect too, and he didnt respond to my messages. Pity about tonite.

The food was good and fresh. Angela was very friendly and helpfull. We would really suggest this restaurant.

Seems that lockdown took a toll on the quantity and quality of well-known franchised restaurants but we were surprised that this OB didn't cut down on both (after visits to 2 other OB restaurants where we were disappointed on both the qu0026q - one of the OB's we visited didn't even have the squid heads of the platter in stock). This OB has been there for some time so good to see that they are keeping the qu0026q one would expect.
