So today, I went to my favorite vetkoek place in Kempton park. To my surprise the owner is not wearing a mask, she is at least standing behind the prospect shield. But then she enters the kitchen area with no mask and addresses the staff with no mask. You expect your staff to wear masks all day but you can not! The owner has a lite cough on her and that made me feel uneasy as she is not wearing her mask. And then I watch a staff member in the kitchen with her mask around her chin, not covering her mouth, chewing bubblegum, open mouth. Then I started looking around and spotted some dead cockroaches underneath the display cabinet at the entrance. This is unacceptable during these times of COVID-19 and I will never ever buy from this place again. Disgusting!

Very friendly service and great advice on what to order for a staff function for 50 people. Very tasty and very affordable!

Bought Curry Mince Vetkoek and the very reasonably price Large was enough to feed two. The vetkoek was fresh and non oily. Really worth a visit
