I love my pizza, and Piatto makes the perfect pizza! Crispy thin base and always generous with their toppings.

The staff are always friendly. The inside eating area is cozy, especially in winter with the addition of their gas heaters.

You can't beat value for money with their Tuesday special. Almost any large pizza and a glass of house wine for R79.

Food is terrible. The chicken was over cooked, had an unpleasant smell, horrible presentation, I couldn’t eat it. Prawns were not so nice. Their Oreo waffle was ok, non alcoholic cocktail was the best, their brownie was as hard as a rock. The chef must be fired honestly. I wouldn’t go back again even for free.

My spouse and I had the pleasure of spending our evening at Piatto Glen Balad Mall. The staff are well-trained and super friendly (even the barista behind the counter waved and smiled while making a milkshake). It seems trivial, but the warm welcome, good vibes, excellent food and speedy service really brightened our day. Our waitress, Winnie, was attentive and patient. The Manager, Willem introduced himself and took the time to assist with menu options. The other Manager greeted us at our table and checked in on our dining experience. The restaurant has great mood lighting and is ideal for a date night / family dinner. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, offers good quality food, enough variety to please all sorts and great value for money.

Dont do take aways. Calamari was off and fish was half battered. Horrible!

Took my cousin sister for a mini surprise birthday. I have to say that Collin the waiter was exceptional. I called him to arrange and set a table and I have to he actually gave it out whole heartedly. His service was efficient professional and above all he showed care and interest with his clients. Best service we received and once again Collin, thank you so much! Clarah

We eat often here, but this time we waited 10 minutes for waiter to take order, then waited about 25 -30 min for food. It was just a breakfast. Normally everythings good, but not this time. A lot of other people were complaining about the same thing
