Won't stay here again,won't recommend it either. The receptionist was rude and racist. The place has this beeping noise that won't stop all-night. The place smells a bit like there is something wrong with their water pipes. Can see that the shower bathroom floor is not clean. Needs a good renovation and definitely a new drainage system. The receptionist lied to be about cancellation fees. Only after I had to pay them because I didn't want to lose my money I was kinda of forces to stay due to that fact. What ever happened to the consumer protection act in South Africa. It applies to guesthouses and hotels to. Never in my life have I been treated by a vital staff member like I was by the front desk. Truly annoyed and will make sure that I report it to the booking websites that I use and do affiliate marketing for!
