The studio is managed very professionally and has the nicest trainers you can find in Leanne and Prince. I always look forward to my sessions despite the pain afterwards. Its all worth it.

Must say the 20min a week sure beats spending endless hour in the gym waiting for machines to clear etc. Awesome workouts and the people at Rosebank is just phenomenal (Leanne and Candice and the crew) they take a personal interest which is out of this world...... I have completed my first year and renewed for another... bodytec has definitely increased my power in my cycling and would recommend this to anybody to break through those plateaus
