Shocking to say the least. Really not what it was presented to be. No pool view as per the presentation, no mini bar in the rooms, no soap, no toilet paper. The bathroom curtain has halfway fallen off, shower dirty and main door hinge broken off. Breakfasts are advertised, when I enquired about it the lady at reception said there is no breakfasts. I cannot in a rightful mind even mark a tip of the rating stars. In fact it should be crying faces.

I booked an accomodation through Agoda and prior to the check-in date I tried contacting the property to ask for clarification on some matters to which to my dismay I have not received any response. I got to the property and was redirected to another property/address and given no explanation as to why there was a sudden change in location. Upon arrival it was clear that the property is not the one advertised on the pictures neither does the room look anything like the advertised pictures. I am currently at the second property and feel highly unsafe and lied to. The owner is not answering my messages and he is completely avoiding any direct contact with me. The lady at the front desk is clueless and can't help me. I have reached out to Agoda to explain the matter but all I was told is that they cannot do anything about the matter. I am disgusted at the level of disregard showed by both Agoda and 130 Market Street Bed and Breakfast towards my safety as a guest. Overall a complete lie !!!

I BOOKED THERE AND I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. THE BED WAS FILTHY, THERE WAS NO WORKING TV AND THE BATH TAB HAD NO LID AND WE WHERE ONLY GIVEN ONE TOWEL, AND THE MANANGER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Bad place to I'll never recommend any human being to stay there. Firstly the address on the booking is not it then u have to drive to some house where the service is kak we were told to sleep in a shack then they gave us a room without sanitizer, towels, no kettle, the remote for the TV with one battery like I felt like going to my house worse of all the price on the booking was changed times two from the booking app I regret.... It's not welcoming and service bad.. I put my drinks on their fridge in the morning they were iced????????

Not so happy. Booked over the phone got there told a different price from what i was told earlier. Rooms have no DSTV at least WiFi speed is very bad. Not a glass of water in the room

Go their at your own risk, I paid 150 in the morning because catens fall, and mid night people come n knock your room. Boss lady she's very rude no customer service, no 76 pritchard
street and 30 market street is owned by one person, Nigerians I rather go sun1.

This has to be the most disgusting,disappointing and unsafe place I’ve ever stayed.
1: they advertise things they don’t have
2:.We booked and paid for a room with an en-suite bathroom,only for someone to open the door from the other side while we are sleeping and use the bathroom
3:dirty linen
4 :We booked 76 Pritchard only to be taken to some dodgy looking place in Market street under the guise of its an extension of the guest house.
5:No wifi,.the tv doesn’t work
6: No fridge to even put yourself cold water
7: Stayed for 2 nights and never saw anyone from the front desk
8:The toilet was leaking every time you flush

Whatever you do never book this place

I don’t even know why it’s still listed!!!!!!!
